Daenerys Targaryen is ready for Winterfell, alright.
In a new batch of Game of Thrones Season 8 images, the Mother of Dragons is adjusting well at the Stark ancestral home.
With only a little over two weeks to go until the HBO drama returns for its final season, these images are providing all the fodder we need to help with our countdown.
However, the focus is clearly on Dany more than any other character.
Dany is standing with Jorah Mormont in what appears to be Winterfell's library -- a newly constructed set -- with a grim face. Discussing war strategies can do that to you.
As Mashable's entertainment reporter Proma Khosla said in our Slack chat, this is clearly a "crush smile." Our girl is blushing so it's safe to assume she's looking at Jon? Is this before or after they find out they're related, though?
It looks like Dany is sitting on Sansa's seat at Winterfell. It's highly possible that both of them are just sharing while they plan an attack on the Night King and his army. However, we know from the trailer that Sansa isn't too pleased about bending the knee.
We also see glimpses and close-up shots of of Jon, Sansa, Bran, Jorah, Tyrion, and Brienne in Winterfell as well as Cersei, with her queenly smug smile, in King's Landing. Noticeably absent from these photos are Arya, Jaime, Sam, Ser Davos, and the Greyjoys, amongst others.
Game of Thrones Season 8 premieres on April 14 on HBO.
