Walking in on Martial arts Archivesyour parents having sex – or even just the prospect of that scenario – is a profoundly uncomfortable experience. But leave it to wise celebrity teen Willow Smith, offspring of Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith, to find some sliver of value in an otherwise awkward experience.
As Taylor Ferber of Vulture reports, Willow revealed the whole awkward story to her mother and grandmother, Andrienne Banfield-Jones, during filming of the trio's upcoming Facebook Watch talk show, Red Table Talk.
SEE ALSO: All the times we watched awkward sex scenes with our parentsAs Pinkett Smith told Vulture:
"I realized she walked in on Will and I. We were doing the sex show, I was like, 'What was your introduction to sex?'" Pinkett Smith said while laughing. "She was like, 'Well, you know, me walking in on you and Dad.' I had no idea!"
Naturally, Pinkett Smith says Willow has a wildly mature perspective on the whole thing.
From Vulture, again:
"She was like, 'That’s private time.' She said she didn’t really see anything. But she knew she had just walked in on a very private moment."
But while Willow seems far from traumatized over accidentally catching her parents doing it, her father Will might be, as Pinkett Smth tells Vulture he still hasn't heard the story or seen the episode. Yikes!
Red Table Talkpremieres May 7, meaning we don't know Willow's full side of the story just yet. There is, however, a teaser in the Season 1 trailer:
