YouTube prankster Adam Saleh claimed he was removed from a Delta airlines plane on Secret Affairs: Stepmother Friend’s Mom Daughter in lawWednesday along with his friend, Slim Albaher, for speaking Arabic.
Saleh recorded a video as he was removed from the aircraft in London after other passengers complained. A number of passengers can be seen waving at Saleh during the video. It is unclear the exact nature of the incident before Saleh was removed from the flight.
Delta has since disputed Saleh's account, claiming he and his companions were disrupting the cabin.

"We spoke a different language on the plane and now we’re getting kicked out. This is 2016. I cannot believe my eyes," Saleh claimed in the video. "I spoke a word and you said you feel uncomfortable. Why are you guys doing that? Just because I spoke a different language."
Due to Saleh and his friends being serial viral pranksters, some people cast doubt on the authenticity of the incident:

Despite the doubt, hundreds of people took to Twitter to express their anger at Delta. The tweets flooded in while Delta Flight 4370 remained in the sky.
In an earlier statement to Mashable, Delta confirmed that "two customers were removed from the flight and later rebooked after a disturbance in the cabin resulted in more than 20 customers expressing their discomfort."
A spokesperson for Adam Saleh, based in London, firmly stated that "this is not a prank".
"Adam was travelling with his friend Slim from London - Heathrow Airport with Delta Airlines back to New York City after completing the first half of his world tour," the spokesperson told Mashablevia email.
"Adam made a phone call to his mother to let her know that he will be home in the next 7-8 hours after his flight and, because Adam's mum only speaks Arabic, he was speaking to her in his language.
"Unfortunately this caused a problem amongst other passengers in the airline who got angry and started abusing him swearing and saying that they felt threatened as he was speaking a different language."
The spokesperson said the captain decided to escort the men off the plane and the duo were spoken to by police before being put on a Virgin flight to New York City.
In a statement late Wednesday, Delta told Mashablethe customers who were removed were intentionally disrupting the flight.
"Based on the information collected to date, it appears the customers who were removed sought to disrupt the cabin with provocative behavior, including shouting. This type of conduct is not welcome on any Delta flight," it said.
"While one, according to media reports, is a known prankster who was video recorded and encouraged by his traveling companion, what is paramount to Delta is the safety and comfort of our passengers and employees. It is clear these individuals sought to violate that priority."

In a statement posted on Twitter Wednesday night, Saleh maintained his side of the story. He also said he would not be talking to media until he spoke with his attorney.
"Yes we're pranksters, and sounds like the boy who cried wolf but today you can clearly see its [sic] as real as it gets," Saleh wrote.
Saleh has been contacted by Mashablefor further comment regarding Delta's view of events.
