In addition to her civil declaration of singledom, MacKenzie explained that she was "happy" to be giving Jeff all of her interests in the Washington Postand Blue Origin, along with 75 percent of their Amazon stock, and control of her shares.

Mr. Jeff also tweeted his own statement simultaneously, explaining how thankful he is for MacKenzie's presence in his life.
