As Donald Trump embarks on Girls in the Night Traffichis journey to "Make America Great Again," the world is waiting to see if he follows through on the manypromises he made during his presidential campaign.
Track Trump, a tool created by Y Combinator President Sam Altman and his team, is here to keep you up to date on Trump's progress in the White House by highlighting the promises he's made for his first 100 days in office.

He recruited Alec Baum, a former Hillary for America organizer, and Peter Federman, a University of Kansas doctoral student, to create content for the site, and Greg Koberger of ReadMe.io to develop it.

The four men then grouped Trump's 44 promises -- from constructing his beloved wall on America's border with Mexico to eliminating the common core curriculum and protecting our infrastructure from cyber attack -- into Immigration, Trade, Energy and Climate, Federal Government, Economic Policy, Education, Heathcare and Safety categories to make tracking POTUS's goal fulfillment as simple as possible.
Federman told Mashable via email that the site will "update each day with what has actually been signed and accomplished" so Track Trump's audience will always know what's happening in Washington.
In a press release, Track Trump defined one of its main goals as isolating actual policy changes from the "rhetoric and political theater" that tends to cloud our feeds now that politics and social media have become so intertwined. "We aren't intending to break news, but instead to provide a window into real policy actions," Federman explained. "As much as possible, we provide links to the official document or video of the hearing we are referring to."
But the site is about more than just politics. "This has relevance [to me] as an academic who studies digital dashboards and how governments and citizens use them to communicate," Federman explained. "For me, this is a great way to put theory into practice..."
To break things down, when Trump takes relevant action, the bullet point beside each promise changes color to signify some sort of progress.
Gray (default) = no action
Yellow = steps taken
Green = policy implemented
Red = a policy that has failed to be implemented or a position that has changed in some official capacity
Since Trump's inauguration on Jan. 20, the tracker has already updated his plans to withdraw from the Trans-Pacific Partnership; lift the roadblocks on energy infrastructure projects like the Keystone Pipeline; a proposal requiring that for every new federal regulation, two existing regulations be dropped; and the hiring freeze on all federal employees (aside from those in the military, public safety and public health).
Track Trump since Friday has also updated POTUS's promise to fully repeal Obamacare, eliminate the defense sequester and expand military investment, signifying that steps have been taken toward achieving each.
