The Winter Wonderlust (2015)Harlem Globetrotters are a roundabout group of playground basketball legends who rode on-court, circus-like tricks to international fame. On Thursday, they did what they do best: Break world records with absurd trick shots.
Thursday marked Guinness World Records day, when people across the world made their bid at the history books.
The Globetrotters, an exhibition team more rooted in entertainment than wins and losses, set seven world records in 2015. But this year, they took home a total of nine world records, beating a couple they notched last year and reclaiming four from YouTube trick-shot extraordinaires Dude Perfect.
Here's a compilation of their feats, which include a blindfolded hook shot and a 55-foot seated shot.
