Before there was Candy Crushor Pokémon Go,Watch Come Inside Me Porn Vol 4 there was only one game everyone played on their cellphones: Snake.
The game's concept is simple: Maneuver a snake around the screen as it grows longer and longer and try to avoid eating its tail.
Having not played the game in over 10 years, I had to try it on the new Nokia 3310 at Mobile World Congress 2017 and see if I still had any of my skills.
At the Nokia booth, MashableSenior Editor Stan Schroeder and I decided to have a friendly Snake-off battle.
Who emerged victorious? Had years of playing touchscreen games hindered our feeble hand-eye-number-pad coordination skills?

Stan won the Snake-off, but I have a few initial thoughts I want to share about using the Nokia 3310:
This thing is SO nice for a dumbphone.
It's super weird to use the directional pad after years of using a touchscreen.
Playing a game with the number pad is equally as strange. How the hell did we do this in the early aughts?
The buttons at least feel good.
I kept trying to tap and swipe the color screen.
Playing Snakeon a vertical screen instead of a horizontal one threw me off.
The graphics are also too damn sharp for Snake. Classic SnakeFTW.
It's going to take a lot of practice before I can master Snakeagain.
I'm totally buying one when it comes out.
